Kiona Autry, BCBA

Kiona Autry is the owner and clinical director for Autry Behavioral Consultants and Resources, LLC. Kiona is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Infant Toddler Specialist (ITS) with over 5 years in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis(ABA) and over 20 years of experience working in community-based rehabilitative services with children and young adults ages 1-23 with a variety of developmental, neurological and psychological abilities in home, school, clinic and community settings.

 Kiona holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, and Master of Science in Psychology with concentration in ABA at Capella University.

 Kiona’s experiences include early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI), functional behavior assessments, treatment plan development, evidenced-based practices, functional communication training, natural environment teaching, parent coaching, social skills training, multi-team collaboration, staff training and supervision, data collection/analysis, and ABA program development. She has been afforded a remarkable experience as both developing ABA programs for two different companies and participating in a research study as a research behavior analyst.

 Kiona prides herself on her dedication to and advocacy for the clients and families she works with. Her favorite saying is, “Our little humans deserve Grace and Compassion! And Momma and Daddy, you do too!”
